Located off of Monticello Avenue in Williamsburg, Virginia, the Settlement at Powhatan Creek is a Planned Unit Development designed as a retirement community. The development is comprised of 82 single family dwellings (through 8 different prototypes), 8 duplex units (through 2 different prototypes), and 8 triplex units (through 2 different prototypes). Focus groups helped inform the initial neighborhood character, while the final building types were a collaborative effort with the developers.
